Suji Aloo Cutlets
Suji aloo cutlets ek classic North Indian snack hai jo bacchon ko hamesha pasand aata hai. Is recipe mein suji ki wajah se ek light crunch aata hai jo regular aloo tikki se alag hota hai.

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes - 2 mashed

Mango Lassi Popsicles
May mein aam ka season peak par hota hai, aur yeh popsicle usi ka best use hai. Yeh Mango Lassi Popsicles ready-to-eat hote hain aur sirf 3 ingredients mein ban jaate hain. Dahi ki wajah se yeh gut-friendly bhi hain aur 45-degree ki garmi mein genuinely cooling feel karte hain
Ingredients:
- Ripe Mango pulp (aam ka guda)
- Thick dahi
- Sugar/honey (optional)
- Popsicle moulds or small cups with sticks - 4/6
Process:
- Mango pulp aur dahi ek saath ache se blend karein. Taste karein, agar zuroorat ho toh thoda sugar ya honey milayein
- Mixture moulds mein pour karein, aur sticks lagaye
- 6-8 ghante tak freeze karein. Serve karne se pehle 2 minutes tak bahar rakhein, mould se aasani se niklegi.

Moong Dal Chilla
